Why did I start this blog? Well, it’s simple: I’m passionate about making learning engaging, effective, and—dare I say it—fun! Over the years, I’ve worn many hats in the world of corporate learning: from being a customer service trainer and learning and development business partner, to creating content, designing courses, and developing eLearning programs. If it has to do with helping people learn and grow, I’ve probably done it!
